I am a product builder and growth operator with 8 years of execution across web, SaaS, and paid acquisition. Over 1,000 projects delivered across the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, and Australia. Google Ads certified. Full-stack capable. Commercially accountable.
I operate through Brandiv Labs, a product and growth agency built around one principle: the person who sells the work is the person who leads it. You are not handed to a project manager after signing. I work directly with you on strategy, architecture, and execution oversight.
My work spans MVP builds, enterprise-grade web systems, conversion infrastructure, and multi-channel paid growth. Clients include technology platforms, consulting firms, e-commerce operators, and funded startups across four continents.
No endless back and forth. No surprise scope changes. A process refined across 1,000+ projects.
We talk for 45 minutes. I ask hard questions about your goals, your users, and your constraints. By the end, we both know exactly what needs to be built and whether we are the right fit.
I send a detailed written scope: what gets built, what does not, why, and what it costs. No vague proposals. No hourly estimates. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline.
My team at Brandiv Labs executes under my direct supervision. You get weekly video updates, a live staging link, and direct access to me throughout. No black box.
We launch, review, and I hand you a fully documented system. For growth clients, this is where ongoing optimisation begins: monthly reporting, A/B testing, and iteration.

Every question here came from a real call. Ownership, pricing, what happens if things go wrong. I’d rather you know the answers now than sit on a call wondering if I’m hiding something.
1. Do I actually own everything when we're done?
Yes, and here’s what that means in practice. The code lives in a repo under your account, not mine. The website sits on your hosting. The Google Ads account is created under your email with me added as a manager, so if we part ways you remove my access in one click and lose nothing. I’ve taken over projects where the last agency held the ad account hostage and the business lost 3 years of campaign data walking away. That will never be your situation with me.
2. Why is your price fixed when every other developer charges hourly?
Because hourly billing rewards slow work. The longer they take, the more they earn. I scope everything before we start: what gets built, what waits for version two, where the technical risk sits. That goes into a written brief you approve. If I estimated wrong, the overrun comes out of my margin, not your invoice. In 8 years I’ve eaten that cost a handful of times. It’s the price of being able to tell you the number and the delivery date on day one.
3. What happens after the 3-month minimum on the growth retainer?
Month to month, cancel with 15 days notice. The 3 months exists because local SEO and ad optimization physically need that long to produce readable data. Anyone promising page-one rankings or profitable ads in 30 days is guessing with your money. After month 3 you stay because the numbers work, not because a contract traps you. Most of my retainer clients are past month 12.
4. I'm not technical. Will I understand what's going on?
Most of my clients aren’t technical. Roofers, dentists, consultants, first-time founders. You get a short video update every week: what got done, what’s next, what I need from you. Plain English, no jargon. You’ll never sit in a meeting nodding at words you don’t understand and hoping for the best.
5. What if I need changes after the project is delivered?
Every build includes 30 days of post-launch fixes free. Anything broken, anything not matching the brief, I fix it, no discussion. After 30 days, new changes get a fixed quote before I touch anything, same as the original project. You’ll never get a surprise invoice for “maintenance.”
6. How do I know your case study numbers are real?
Fair question, everyone claims results. Some clients let me name them, some don’t, and I mark the difference clearly on this site. On a call I’ll walk you through the actual dashboards: Google Ads, Search Console, call tracking. Screen shared, live, not screenshots. If a number is illustrative rather than from a named client, it says so on the page.
7. Who actually does the work? Am I getting handed to a junior after I sign?
No. This is the reason I run things the way I do. I sell the work and I lead the work. Brandiv Labs handles fulfillment capacity, but strategy, architecture, and every review pass goes through me personally. The person you talk to on the first call is the person accountable for the result. That’s the whole model.
8. I've been burned by an agency before. Why is this different?
Most agency burns come from three things: no clear scope, no direct access to the person doing the work, and the agency controlling your accounts. I’ve removed all three. Written scope before money moves. Direct line to me, not an account manager. And you own every account from day one. I can’t make you trust me before we work together, but I can make it structurally impossible to burn you the way you got burned before.
9. Do I pay for ad spend through you?
No, and be careful with anyone who says yes. Your ad budget goes from your card straight to Google or Meta. You see every dollar in your own account. I charge for managing it, nothing else. Agencies that route ad spend through themselves can hide markup inside it and you’d never know. You keeping the wallet keeps me honest.
10. What size business do you actually work with?
For growth retainers: local service businesses doing at least $7,500/month in revenue. Below that, a marketing retainer eats too much of your margin and I’d rather tell you that now than take your money. For MVP builds: founders with a clear problem and a budget from $3,500. If you’re earlier than that, book the call anyway. I’ll tell you what to do first for free and you come back when you’re ready. Some of my best clients started exactly that way.
